pleased to see that are keeping up the good work on village history. regarding the history of my grandfathers business i shall be available anytime to give you information.
however i have been meaning to speak to you about a shopkeeper by the name of frederick key whom i have not seen in any publication. his shop was at one of my grandfathers former sites, the cottage at the bottom of hough hill where june johnson lives. i have an old deed and a fire policy dating 1894 concerning this business and should you wish to look at or even publish in the parish news please get in touch.
